The Vitamin Shoppe announced the appointment of two key executives: Monika Grabania, vice president of digital marketing; and Erica Evans, vice president of inventory planning.

“These appointments represent a dynamic next step for The Vitamin Shoppe as we continue building out a high-performance organization aligned with our bold growth ambitions,” said Sharon Leite, CEO of The Vitamin Shoppe. “Monika and Erica each bring deep experience at world-class brands and exceptional executional capabilities in their areas of expertise. Their leadership will be instrumental as we elevate the customer experience, hone our digital capabilities, and strengthen our operational excellence to fuel this next phase of our evolution and expansion.”

Grabania and Evans are the latest in a series of executive-level appointments. Mike Forbes joined the company as executive vice president and chief strategy officer in August, and Kate Vukelich was named executive vice president and chief people officer in October.

In her new role, Grabania will oversee the retailer’s digital marketing, leading efforts to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and brand reach across digital channels. She specializes in growth marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty programs, and data strategies that shape the customer’s digital experience and the company’s value-creation plan.

Grabania has over 20 years of experience at global beauty, retail, and consumer brands. Most recently, she was head of digital transformation, media, and e-commerce at Flora Food Group North America. She built the company’s digital infrastructure, launched its e-commerce and CRM capabilities, and created a 13-fold increase in e-commerce sales in under four years through accelerating digital marketplaces. Her previous roles include vice president of omni-media and data strategy at L’Oréal USA; senior director of brand marketing and media strategy at A&E Television Networks; and senior partner/group director at Mindshare/Unilever.

“I’m thrilled to join The Vitamin Shoppe at such a pivotal and energizing moment for the brand,” said Grabania. “There is an incredible opportunity to create more meaningful, data-driven connections with our customers, and I’m excited to partner with this talented team to help spark a new generation of digital innovation and change.”

Grabania has an MBA in marketing and business management from Silesian Polytechnic University in Poland, and engages in mentorship on digital upskilling and the advancement of women in business.

Evans, who stepped into her role earlier this fall, leads the company’s inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation, ensuring product availability, channel efficiency, and sales productivity across the company’s omni-channel network.

She joined The Vitamin Shoppe with more than 20 years of leadership experience in merchandising and inventory roles across retail channels, including direct-to-consumer, subscription services, marketplaces, and brick and mortar. She previously served as vice president of merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory management at GNC, and as managing director of Praia Beauty Group. Earlier, she spent over 13 years in senior merchandising and planning roles at HSN, including vice president of merchandising across its beauty, apparel, fitness, and wellness divisions.

“I’m excited to join The Vitamin Shoppe and contribute to such a mission-driven brand that has so much momentum,” said Evans. “Optimizing our inventory planning is a critical key to unlocking new growth opportunities across stores and digital. As we implement AI and machine-learning capabilities, we have an enormous opportunity to improve our forecasting, enhance agility, and build an even more efficient inventory ecosystem that supports every aspect of the business.
